Two routes lead to this placement: direct placement without a voucher, and placement with an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) issued by the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter. Both are free of charge for you — they differ only in who funds the placement and which conditions apply.

Direct placement is suitable for anyone looking for a new job who is not entitled to a Vermittlungsgutschein (AVGS placement voucher) — regardless of whether you are currently employed or not.

What does direct placement mean?
Direct placement is a form of private job placement that leads to a permanent position with an employer. We handle this task professionally and free of charge for you.
How do you apply for a placement voucher?
You can apply for the Vermittlungsgutschein (also called AVGS — Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein, an activation and placement voucher) at your local Agentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency) or Jobcenter. The voucher entitles you to use a private job placement agency such as Asghar Consultants free of charge.

The following groups of people can apply for a placement voucher.
Unemployed people receiving ALG I or Bürgergeld
People receiving Arbeitslosengeld I (ALG I, unemployment benefit) or Bürgergeld (citizen's allowance, formerly ALG II) have a legal entitlement to a placement voucher after a waiting period of six weeks.
Job seekers not receiving ALG I or Bürgergeld
People who are registered as seeking work but do not receive any benefits can also apply for a placement voucher at the Agentur für Arbeit.
Employees in fixed-term or terminated employment
If your employment contract has been terminated or will end within the next three months, you can register as seeking work and apply for a placement voucher.
Graduates of universities or vocational training programs
University graduates and people whose vocational training ends within the next three months can apply for a placement voucher to ease their entry into the job market.
People returning from parental leave
After parental leave, you can register as seeking work with the Agentur für Arbeit and apply for a placement voucher to ease your return to working life.
People finishing the care of family members
If you are finishing the care of parents or family members and would like to re-enter the job market, you can apply for a placement voucher.
Self-employed people looking for a job
Currently self-employed people who would like to work as employees can, under certain conditions, apply for a placement voucher at the Agentur für Arbeit.
Employees in transfer or redundancy companies
People currently employed in a transfer company (Transfergesellschaft) can apply for a placement voucher to support their transition into new regular employment.
