Who we are
Asghar Consultants e.K. is an owner-managed company based in Hamburg since 2003 and has been active on the labour market for over 20 years. With a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001:2015, we combine private employment placement, freelancer provision and labour-market integration programs under one roof.
Our focus is direct placement – no temporary staffing – in the medical, IT and industrial sectors. People are at the centre of everything we do: we rely on individual support and tailor-made solutions for candidates, companies and freelancers.

Our cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency
We cooperate with the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency) and our programs are listed in its portal. Funding via an AVGS or an education voucher is possible subject to the requirements of the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter.

Our programs are listed both in the education voucher and AVGS portal and in the Hamburg course portal. Both platforms show the programs for which funding through the Bundesagentur für Arbeit may be considered. You will find our coaching and further-training programs for your professional development there.
Our programs
Our programs are designed to support you specifically on your way to professional integration. The focus is on your individual stabilisation, career orientation and sustainable preparation for the labour market.
We provide hands-on support in developing realistic career perspectives, improving your application strategy and successfully (re-)entering employment or vocational training.
Stabilisation of newly commenced employment
Our program helps you stabilise your current employment and secure it in the long term, avoiding an early termination and strengthening your sustainable integration into the labour market. We help you combine your new job with your everyday life and actively support you when challenges or difficult situations arise. Close, individual coaching strengthens your start in employment, builds your confidence and significantly reduces the risk of losing the job.
Career start with a plan – individual preparation & support
Our program “Career start with a plan – individual preparation & support” prepares you for vocational training or employment in accordance with § 45 (1) SGB III. It focuses on your career orientation, goal setting and sustainable integration into the labour market. Individual coaching analyses your personal strengths, skills and experience in order to develop realistic career perspectives and identify suitable occupational fields. The program is modular and tailored to your individual needs. It also includes a practical phase in which you get to know your future job or a possible occupational field first hand and gain hands-on experience.
Alongside the funded programs we offer German language courses and vocational further training — German language courses and vocational further training.
