Mission statement of Asghar Consultants e.K.
We draw on many years of experience in placing jobseekers and achieve a high placement rate. Our services cover project and business management, the stabilisation of newly commenced employment, and private job placement.
We rely on individual support and tailor-made solutions to prepare every participant for the labour market in the best possible way. To this end, we work closely with companies and institutions to ensure precisely matched placements.

Certified according to ISO 9001:2015 — your assurance
The quality management of Asghar Consultants is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management systems. The certification means that our processes, responsibilities and staff qualifications are documented, verifiable and geared towards consistent service quality.
Our quality management spans every service area — employment placement, freelancer provision and professional training. This gives you reliable, structured support on your path into the German labour market.

Funding for your participation
Programs can be funded subject to the requirements of the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter. If your participation is approved via an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) or an activation and placement voucher (AVGS), the funding body covers the cost of the program — which means no course fees for you as a participant.
